TROPICAL WOOD PRESERVATIVE FOR LOGS, AND FRESHLY CONVERTED TIMBER
KOATSCIAGE B2 is a water-based product which provides logs and freshly converted timber with temporary protection from insect attack, blue stain fungus and termites.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Treat the wood directly after sawing.
Either dip the wood in KOATSCIAGE B2 for 3-5 minutes or spray the wood with KOATSCIAGE B2 using a low-pressure spray, (e.g. one used for horticulture). Make sure to spray the entire surface area of the wood.
TIPS
Stack the logs and freshly converted timbers using pre-treated planks to separate each layer so that KOATSCIAGE B2 can penetrate the wood easily.
Do not stack the logs and freshly converted timbers tightly either during treatment or during storage.
Make sure the logs and freshly converted timbers can dry properly after treatment
Leave the logs and freshly converted timbers to dry until their moisture content falls below 22%. This happens automatically when their entire surface area is properly aired. Proper ventilation is crucial for a satisfactory result.
